  18. I'm not attempting to suggest short term changes, but wanted to ask you if
  19. it might be possible to implement some Installer support for an Un-Installer
  20. in the future (food for thought).

  22. Specifically, I've been thinking this could be support if the install logs
  23. were more thorough, saved to a standard path ("s:Install_Logs/" ?) and
  24. could be controlled by an "Installer" tool type.  Then the user could set
  25. the tooltype and from there on logs would be saved by default and an
  26. UnInstaller could be run on the logs to remove the chosen app. The
  27. UnInstaller could be placed in the "Prefs" directory and even made to manage
  28. app locations/configurations based on the log files.

  30. Am I in left field [usually...:-)] or do you think such a thing could be
  31. implemented in a future version?
